Shipping & Delivery

Every PawFino order ships tracked and free of charge to addresses in the United States and United Kingdom. Below is what to expect from the moment you place your order.

Delivery times

• United States: Free tracked shipping, typically 5–8 business days after dispatch.
• United Kingdom: Free tracked delivery, typically 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Charging

PawFino charges via a standard USB-C cable (included), so there's no region-specific plug in the box. Any phone, laptop or wall-adapter USB-C source will charge it fully in about 2 hours.

Addresses we can't ship to

At launch we ship to standard residential and commercial addresses in the contiguous US and mainland UK. PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and some remote islands may incur delays or require an alternative address — please contact support@truebaskett.com before ordering if you're unsure.

Delays and lost parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, or if the carrier has marked your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, contact support within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll open an investigation with the carrier at no cost to you.
